Cancelation Policy 

We understand things happen. However, we do require a 48 hour notice when canceling an appointment. It is hard to fill an appointment slot when it's been canceled last minute. Failure to provide notice will result in a  $50 fee charged to your account. For same-day cancellations, the entire service charge will be charged to your account. 

Method of Payment 

We accept cash or credit/debit card. No checks

Running late:

 Appointment times are a 2 hour window. We pride ourselves on being on time.  However, sometimes due to traffic or delays with the client prior to your appointment, we may be running behind schedule.  We will ALWAYS call you as soon as we can to inform you of such delays.
