No. The mobile grooming van is 100% self-sufficient! The van has an inverter battery that powers the electrical components in the van such as clippers, etc. It also has a 50 gallon water tank along with a Cummin Oanon generator to power the heavy-duty applicances such as the dryer. You don't need to provide anything, not even towels!

With a new client we typically ask for 1hr 30 min to 2hr for haircuts. For baths it usually takes 1hr. However, if your pet is nervous or needs extra TLC, we ask for more time since we like for your pet to have a positive experiecne and  don't want to rush. 

Yes, we offer medicated baths for pets with skin conditions. If your veterinarian has prescribed an alternate shampoo, we will gladly use it!  Please let us know if your pet has any special needs when booking an appointment.

Our basic bath includes a bath with shampoo, towel and blow dry, brush out, nail trimming and ear cleaning.

Once your groomer arrives, you will need to fill out a form (if not filled out when link/email was sent). Please have proof of rabies and distemper vaccinations. 

For Puppies under 4 months: Must have both rounds of puppy shots 

Yes. We do charge extra for handling a matted coat. Mats can happen even to the most dedicated pet parents.  We will not subject your pet to a long painful de-mat session. Price may vary depending on the severity of the matts. We are happy to show you the tools and techniques to make it easier when brushes in between grooms. We also can work out a schedule and hairstyle that will fit with your lifestyle to keep the matting at bay.
